hey big pic, at this writing you are probably pulling in a walleye. we returned on the 15th after a great week of fishing. must have killed 100 eyes. crappie were slow, but , some nice bass and northerns were boated. funny time, we were fishing off an island near chisholm, culling eyes when up pulls the OPP. he checks our licenses and reads us the rules re beer in the boat. about that time one of our guys hooks into and lands a huge eye, the officer measures it at 24" and then tells our guy to

Hey LOC - We got back tonight. We had a good week fishing but the weather sucked. We only saw the sun 2 days. It rained so bad Thursday we didn't go out at all. We got alot of 18" walleye and found the crappie in Blueberry. We made 2 trips down there and got some nice walleye mixed with the crappie. I got to pick on Matt some but he was busy with the bear hunters alot. All in all it was a good week. How's your toe?? Millie said you lost a nail - OUCH!!

hey PIC, sorry about your bad weather . but , at least the fishing was good when you got out . lost nail on my big toe. i'm diabetic and don't have much feeling in my feet, so, it wasn't painful at all. maybe we will bbe on the same calendar next year and can share a beer. i think we are are scheduled for the week of 8/7. take care.

Hey LOC - I have to get the guys all onboard for next year. Several teachers in the group that will have to start school so we could hit the same week as your group. I'm diabetic also so I know a bit of what it's like.
